We at Peace in Schools hold ourselves accountable, as board members, staff, leadership, and partners, to diversity, inclusion and racial equity.
We are growing our organizational capacity and developing an equity action plan. We are actively creating an internal culture that is responsive to and inclusive of the needs and experiences of people from diverse backgrounds. This is a dynamic, ongoing, developmental process that we are committed to for the long-term.
We will be revising and reviewing this as we develop our equity capacity.
