Join a community of teens who understand what it's like to be in pain. This yoga and mindfulness group will offer tools for relieving pain and increasing awareness of our bodies, minds, and hearts. Provides a kind and supportive environment for teens to feel at ease.
For any teens ages 14-19 who are experiencing pain in their bodies (chronic pain, injury, or other types of pain) — all are welcome! Absolutely no experience required, we're all beginners here.
The evening will be led by Peace in Schools instructors Stephanie Edman and Carol Grimes. This class is offered free of charge.
