Pain Relief for Teens: A Mindfulness & Yoga Group

Spring 2016 Dates: April 25th & May 23rd

7:00-8:30pm at the secular event space, The Little Church, 5138 NE 23rd Ave in Portland

With teachers Stephanie Edman & Carol Grimes

Join a community of teens who understand what it's like to experience pain. This yoga and mindfulness group will offer tools for relieving pain and increasing awareness of our bodies, minds, and hearts. Provides a kind and supportive environment for teens to feel at ease. 

For any teens ages 14-19 who are experiencing pain in their bodies (chronic pain, injury, or other types of pain) — all are welcome! Absolutely no experience required, we're all beginners here.
