Part 4: Remembering Who You Are
When we understand that thoughts and emotions will always be a part of our experience, coming and going at their own time, we start to see that these thoughts and emotions are not who we are. With mindfulness practice, we are remembering ourselves as inherently whole regardless of the noise that trys so eagerly to distract us. In this session, we’ll practice remembering who we are and you’ll discover what that means for you.

Part 3: Self-Compassion
Practicing offering ourselves compassion may not feel comfortable at first. We’re often used to an inner landscape that can be critical and harsh. In this session, we’ll practice how to tap into the well of compassion that lives within and discover what it feels like to offer this deep care and warmth to ourselves.
