Mindfulness for Mental Health: Monthly Donor Campaign
Mindfulness supports mental health. Our teens regularly tell us the difference our Mindful Studies courses make to their well-being. They say the skills they learn help them work with the challenges they face, including anxiety, depression and self-harm.
For the first time ever, we're launching a campaign to build our circle of monthly givers. Monthly support is the backbone of our program and helps more teens thrive. Our goal is to reach 100 monthly donors during our spring campaign. If we reach our goal, we'll also earn a $10,000 matching gift!
