Collective Care: Supporting Ourselves and Each Other

Collective Care: Supporting Ourselves and Each Other

This May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re offering a free weekly series - Collective Care: Supporting Ourselves and Each Other.

Each week, we’ll share simple and powerful practices to support your nervous system and help you reconnect — with yourself and each other.

Two ways to take part:

  • Live Weekly Pause — Tuesdays at 12:30pm PT on Zoom
*with our Executive Director, Janice Martellucci

  • Pre-recorded videos — 15-30 minutes each, released Mondays to watch anytime
*with our Head of Training and Mindful Studies Teacher, Maggie Steele

Each session explores a different doorway into regulation:
Week 1: Working with the Body
Week 2: Working with the Breath
  Week 3: Self-Compassion
Week 4: Remembering Who You Are

Join anytime in May!
By signing up, you will receive an email every Monday in May with that week’s pre-recorded video and a link to join Weekly Pause. If time allows, we encourage you to do both! While the video and live Weekly Pause follow the same weekly theme, each offers a unique experience.

When we tend to ourselves, we show up more fully — for our students, families, and one another.

Let’s breathe together. Reset together. Show up together.
